Please be advised that any offensive, inappropriate, sexual or abusive behaviour will result in the immediate termination of your session and a permanent ban from our clinic. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a professional and respectful atmosphere. Cancellations or Rescheduling: We understand that life can be unpredictable, and circumstances may arise that require changes to your scheduled appointment. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. This allows us to accommodate other clients and adjust our schedule accordingly. For cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee may apply. We strive to be flexible and understanding, and we appreciate your cooperation in honouring our cancellation policy.
