Terms and Conditions
It is important that both the client and the therapist have a clear understanding of our terms and conditions.
As a new client you need to be informed about our terms in order to provide informed consent prior to the treatment session. Bodi Therapy holds these terms and conditions to a very high standard and therefore have posted them on our website for your convenience.
At Bodi therapy, our goal is to provide a safe, professional, and relaxing environment for our clients. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we have established the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully, and feel free to ask any questions.
1. Booking Appointments:

Appointments can be made online, in person or over the phone.
2. Arrival and Check-In:

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.

As Bodi Therapy does not have a dedicated waiting area, clients are asked to arrive on time (no more than 5-10 mins early) and to be mindful not to interrupt treatments already in progress.
3. Health History Form:

New clients are required to fill out a health history form.

You are required to inform your therapist of any changes to your health before each session.
4. Cancellation and rescheduling:

At least 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations (under 24-hours notice) will be subject to a $25 fee.

No-shows may result in restricted future bookings or a requirement for pre-payment of subsequent appointments.
5. Treatment Studio Etiquette:

Please turn off mobile phones and electronic devices.

Maintain a quiet environment in the treatment studio.
6. Dress code:

Wear comfortable clothing.

Clients will be properly draped during the session to ensure privacy.
7. Informed Consent:

Clients must sign an informed consent form before the first session.
8. Payment:

Payment is due at the time of service.

We accept cash and all major credit cards.
9. Confidentiality:

All client information and conversations will be kept confidential.
10. Personal Hygiene:

For the comfort, wellbeing, and safety of all clients and therapists, we ask that clients attend appointments with appropriate personal hygiene. Bodi Therapy reserves the right to refuse, shorten, or discontinue a treatment if personal hygiene concerns create an unsuitable treatment environment. Full treatment fees may still apply.

If you are unwell, reschedule your appointment to avoid spreading illness.
11. Safety and Comfort:

Report any discomfort or pain during the session immediately.

At Bodi Therapy, we strive to create a respectful and safe environment for all clients and staff. Please be advised that any offensive, inappropriate, sexual and/or abusive behaviour will result in the immediate termination of your session and a permanent ban from our clinic. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a professional and respectful atmosphere.
12. Studio Environment:

Respect the peaceful atmosphere of the studio.

No smoking or alcohol consumption on the premises.
13. Minors:

Clients under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
14. Liability:

Bodi Therapy is not liable for any lost or stolen personal belongings.
15. Gift Cards:

Bodi Therapy does not currently offer gift cards; however, clients are welcome to pre-pay for treatments on behalf of another person.
